I came in Saturday 4-30-22 at the West Sunshine store . Had my hair cut done by a fellow there never got his name . Long story short when I tried to tell him how he didn’t listen, until I finally said hey . My hair is completely off the scale not at all correct , my bad for giving him a $10 tip worst H.C . Ever . Been coming here for some time do not ever wish for this individual again

Upset, booked online and showed up before my time to find out stylist I requested was on break. Told the stylist there that I would take my dog across to Petco and come right back....15 mins later I come back in to find that my stylist just started a new cut, she didn't even know I had come in...the girl I told started in with an excuse that the computer dropped some check ins and that is why I got skipped...told her to just take me off, with my pup in the car there was a reason I did the online check in and showed up early even for my time...highly disappointed, her attitude was definitely not one you want to see in your place of business, own up to your mistake, be apologetic,instead of making excuses and I would have been a little more ok about what happened....

Had a great experience. The wait time was almost exactly what was shown on their online checkin. Chelsea was my stylist and she did a superb job. She gave me just what I asked for, worked efficiently, and was very friendly.
